The Top Ten Worst Actors
The worst of the worst there ever was.
1. Keanu Reeves - This guy must have some incredible agent, he's sucked in everything, except for the Matrix, and yet still gets consistent work. Two words: Sweet November. More like sweet Jesus, you call that acting?
2. Jean Claude Van Damme - If you're going to have a bad foreign accent at least make it believable.
3. Shannon Elizabeth - If only her acting skills were as well rounded as her breast.

toptentopten.com is slowly working it's way up in the ranks of Top Ten websites. There are more than a few out there, but two far and away receive more traffic and viewership than the others, Listverse and TopTenz.
Listverse boasts "The List Universe serves over 4.5 million pages a month to more than 1.5 million readers. We are focused on lists that intrigue and educate, specializing in the bizarre or lesser-known trivia. Every day we present a new unique list in any one of our twenty-two categories, from art to travel." They have a lot of very random lists that are normally well written, eg Top 10 Failed McDonald’s Products, 10 Scandalous Facts About Historical Figures, or Top 10 Composers Who Died Unnatural or Odd Deaths. Their current rank on Alexa is 10,513. They have 965 lists.
TopTenz describes themselves "Welcome to TopTenz.net. We are a site featuring unique top 10 lists in a variety of categories, covering pop culture, movies, music, people and a host of other bizarre and strange top 10 lists." They like Lisverse also have a lot of unusual and creative lists like Top 10 Weirdest Political Parties, Top 10 Researchers who Experimented on Themselves, or Top 10 Botched Bank Robberies. Their current rank on Alexa is 41,419. They have 215 lists.
Now both of these sites are really blogs. Users can submit their list to the admin who decides whether or not to publish the list. TopTenz has featured writers as well. This is where we feel we have one of the biggest difference is that we allow any member to post a list at any time. And because of this feature of our site, although we are a much newer site, we already have over 6,000 lists! We do not discriminate, and the ranking of the lists themselves self select for the more popular or relevant lists. The other main feature that we have is the ability to vote on list items depending on your own individual opinion, the other sites do not.
So we aspire to have the type of readership that these other sites have and are working to improve the quality and functionality of our site, but we have a long way to go, our rank on Alexa is 225,776. Thank you to all who support us.

What is it about Top Ten (or Top 10) Lists?
There is something that is inherent in human nature to want to quantify and to rank things. Whether it be sports teams, songs, movies, restaurants, or any other topic imaginable, people want to know and decide what are the best or worst. And there is something ubiquitous about ranking things in groups of Ten. Moses had the Ten Commandments and David Letterman built a career around it.
There are a number of websites dedicated to lists, but none that developed a community for people interested in lists and created a platform to interact with them. At toptentopten (http://www.toptentopten.com/) we are working to develop a platform for people to post, discuss, and vote on lists. There is no discrimination, anyone has the ability to post their own list to our site on any subject. What we do further is give the ability for users to vote on the rankings within a list if they disagree and the aggregate votes are instantly tallied and change the order of the list items. Beyond that, the ranking of the list itself changes based on users interactions with the list thus the more popular and relevant lists will bubble up to the top. This is where our name comes from, the Top Ten Top Ten lists!
Our goal is to become the largest community of list lovers and directory for Top Ten lists. We have seen that a lot of websites and bloggers who post their lists to our site are getting a lot of traffic to their site. We believe that we can be an outlet and partner in bringing users to any blog or site that publishes a top ten list. We are working hard to promote our site and hope to grow with our partner websites and bloggers, and one of our main goals is to drive traffic to our user’s sites. Sites like http://www.thecaptainsmemos.com/, http://www.swanfungus.com/, and http://cdawgsworld.blogspot.com/ have contributed many lists in order to drive traffic and we are helping to promote their lists. They are just three of the already 300+ bloggers and sites that have contributed their lists. We use Twitter, Facebook, other social networking site, and partnerships to promote their lists.
Creating a list is quite simple. Just visit our site and create an account (http://www.toptentopten.com/access/login), then click “Create a List” button to bring up the list creation screen. Once you have entered all the information, click the “Create List”. You are then asked to categorize your list and indicate if you want it to be votable or not.
You can source your list when you create it, and a link to your site appears at the bottom of the list. A lot of people click on your link because the original source is always better and they may be interested in the topics that your site covers. What we recommend you do is put your url in the description, and make the list votable, so people can change the rank of your items. Votes are really what makes your list and profile on our site more popular. The more popular your list is on our site, the more people see it, and hopefully will visit your site.

Thanks Everyone
Wanted to thank everyone who has been supporting toptentopten.com. We've been working on the site for a few years as a side project and have now developed the site to a point that we are comfortable with active looking to get the word out. We have had some good success here in the past few months and look forward to building on that.
